Acres are based on SAMA arable acres, historical performance, and seeding reports, they represent a fair measure of the land available and will not be subject to changes from year to year. Property tax amounts are based on the most up-to-date information that we have and will be subject to change year over year.
Bidding Rate Information:
Bid amount rate/acre is based off 310 arable acres (266.5 Wet + 43.5 Dry Acres). When placing a bid, please make sure to calculate your weighted average between the wet and dry rate you are willing to pay.
For example, if you are looking to bid $200 on the 266.5 wet acres ($53,300 annually) and $80 on the 43.5 dry acres ($3,480 annually), your total annual bid would be $56,780 ($53,300+$3,480) divided by 310 total acres for a weighed rate/acre bid of $183.

Irrigation equipment being operational by spring of 2023 is subject to consultants completing approved work and is outside of Andjelic Land’s control. In the event the irrigation equipment is not operational by the 2023 crop year, the land will be rented as dry land for a 1-year lease term.
