Green Corridors & Natural Areas

Maintaining natural habitat as part of our long-term land stewardship.

Natural Habitat Corridors

Andjelic Land is committed to sustainable land practices and the overall soil health and diversification of lands across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Andjelic Land owns approximately 40,000 acres of natural habitat corridors that are not cultivated across our portfolio. These areas include pasture, native grassland, wetlands and treed lands.

We assess potential land improvements property by property, considering agricultural suitability, existing natural features, water movement and applicable approval requirements. We improve land where it makes agricultural sense while maintaining areas better suited to remaining outside cultivation. We also purchase additional lands that include natural areas as part of our long-term approach to land stewardship. The photos below show an example of natural areas on land purchased in 2026 as well as other green corridors in our portfolio.
